1. Reservations 1.1 Reservations can be made via our website, telephone or email. 1.2 A reservation is considered confirmed only after payment of the total or the sending of a written confirmation by the management. 1.3 In case of cancellation, the cancellation policies specified at the time of booking will apply.
2. Check-in and Check-out 2.1 Check-in time is from 14:00 to 23:00. If you plan to arrive after 23:00, please notify the management in advance. 2.2 Check-out time is by 11:00. Delays beyond this time may result in an extra charge.
3. Rates and Payments 3.1 The rates indicated include the overnight stay and basic services included in the reservation. 3.2 The balance of the tourist tax (not included in the payment of the reservation) must be paid at the time of check-out in cash.
4. Cancellation Policy 4.1 The cancellation policies are indicated in the selected rate 4.2 In case of no-show (failure to arrive without notice), the full amount of the reservation will always be charged.
5. Guest Behavior 5.1 Guests are required to respect the environment and common areas, maintaining a civil and respectful behavior towards other guests. 5.2 Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and in common areas. Outdoor spaces for smokers such as the balcony are available. 5.3 It is prohibited to bring animals, unless otherwise indicated and with prior authorization from the management.
6. Responsibility 6.1 Amici Miei Rooms is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage to guests' personal items. 6.2 Guests are responsible for any damage caused to structures, furnishings and equipment during their stay.
7. Privacy and Data Processing 8.1 The personal data of guests are processed in compliance with the current legislation on privacy (EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR). 8.2 The data provided will be used exclusively for purposes related to the management of the reservation and stay.
8. Changes to the Conditions 8.1 Amici Miei Rooms reserves the right to modify these conditions of use at any time, upon prior notice to guests.
